Hour On-Call Service
In
addition to the above Course Disciplines, Identity in Corporate
can provide a 24 hour On Call service, in support of the Human
Resources Department (HR) both locally and internationally.
Key
Roles:
•
ERC Management Representation as HR Advisors
•
Relatives Telephone Response Co-ordinator
•
Mobilisation of IiC’s Call Handlers Team and telephones
•
Maintaining close links with the client during the emergency and
possibly in the aftermath.
•
External Representatives, to meet with families, at airports and/or
accompaniment to hospitals or Reception Centres.
•
Company Representatives to visit and provide welfare support to
families in the event of bad news.
